MARDI GRAS

Mardi Gras 2019 was the biggest Green Park has ever seen. Your favourite local was blacked out the windows, brought out the disco balls and turned on the lasers for a an entire week full of celebrations and glitter. Zero ticket fees, no queues or cover charges, all fearless, all fun, all free. Just like you guys.

EQUALITY MONTH 2019

The 15th November 2019 marked two years since Australia voted YES to Marriage Equality.


To celebrate and commemorate this historic event, the Greenie teamed up with ACON, to declaire November Equality Month

 

The first in what they plan to make an annual campaign, saw the pub hosting thirty love-packed days of guest speakers, parties, cinema, bingo, speed dating, and the biggest "Yesiversary" party we've ever hosted. 

 

Your support was incredible, and the pub raised over $3000 for ACON and Movember

 

WHO SAYS WOMEN AREN'T IN CHARGE?

 

A refreshing, funny and important look at what it's like to be a women working in the hospitality industry today, this article first appeared in The Local, a quarterly feature of Neighbourhood newspaper in 2017.

 

It features four Sydney women (including our very own Megan Douglas) setting the record straight that “hospitality isn’t just a boy’s club.”
